Inhibition against the practice of criminology.— No one may practice or offer as a criminologist in the Philippines without first obtaining a certificate of registration from the council. Section 4. Term of office.— The members of the board of directors shall remain in office for a term of three years after their appointment, unless they are dismissed earlier for any of the reasons set out in section six of this Act.
